i found our rooms quite spacious. housekeeping kept everything immaculate daily. the multiple pools were wonderful for relaxation. i especially liked the attentive staff who promptly addressed any needs we had .
the beach had some sharp stones so water shoes are a good idea

the resort features multiple swimming pools perfect for both adults and children plus there are various sports facilities available to guests like beach volleyball. several bars are conveniently located throughout the premises also including poolside service.

the main restaurant provides a buffet style service that has many options for all kinds of tastes in addition to several themed dinners throughout the week. specialty restaurants provide diverse culinary experiences so guests get a choice of food. snacks are available throughout the day at different locations.

The room was spacious with lovely air conditioning! I enjoyed the sea and pool view from two sides of the room. The aqua park offered enjoyment for both children and adults. Life guard teams were vigilant. This gave us a sense of confidence.
The food quality needed improvement. the room furniture could use updating for a more contemporary look.

Chef Mostafa and Mr Mostafa Hossain at the restaurant were very attentive. They ensured every meal was a delight. The staff worked hard to create diverse meal options. I recommend sampling the local cuisine.

Ms. Doaa from the help desk team provided wonderful support. She assisted us with every detail during our trip. Her dedication ensured we had a smooth and nice vacation. She was kind and very helpful.

the pool area was acceptable , it had enough sunbeds.
the room i was given was quite noisy. i could constantly hear loud music playing late into the night from nearby bars , which was annoying. the food was also not great , it was quite basic and repetitive with little variety. i think a better selection of food is needed.
